Photocopying/Duplication
RUSHMORE is an industry leader in document scanning and photocopying for any size job. High volume, custom, bindery and citywide services are all standard practice for Rushmore. Rush and same-day services are provided and always free of extra charge.
Digital Scanning
RUSHMORE uses state-of-the-art technology to convert paper to digital files. In addition to traditional paper copies, our clients can now receive CD-Rom or Flash-Drive containing digital files of their originals. RUSHMORE can dilver single of multi-page TIFF images as well as PDF files with OCR. Though most of our scanning is done at our in-house production facility, RUSHMORE does offer on-site scanning and document management services to clients who cannot remove business documents from the premises for legal and compliance reasons. With the client's full consultation we can set-up a mini scanning station and manage the entire project from the work place.
Digital Printing
The reproduction of an image back to paper, a "Blow-back" is essential to many document intensive cases. RUSHMORE offers high speed, high capacity solutions to meet your image to paper needs. Colored slip-sheets can be queued from a second printer tray during the blow-back process to signify document breaks. In addition, custom footers such as page mumbers and specific text (i.e. Confidential, Privileged, etc.) can be added to each page of documents. However, if necessary, pysical bindings (i.e. Staples, binder clips, etc) can be placed for each section prior to delivery.
